Rob is such a qualified and amazing osteopath. If you struggle with post natal and back pains after pregnancy I couldn’t recommend him enough. Visited Rob in relation to pain in my lower back and leg, on checking me Rob identified the problem immediately. After a couple of visits I am pain free. I have had plenty of treatment in the past with other professionals but Rob is one of the best I’ve come across. I’d highly recommend Rob to solve your problem.

I’ve been to 2 chiropractors and a sports therapist and after spending so much money on repeat appointments I found no change, After four sessions with you, there was a noticeable difference. You should be proud!

Upper Back Pain

I would highly recommend Rob if you have any kind of back pain or complaints. Even if you only go for a consultation, he’s very informative and explains the possible causes of discomfort well. I went for two sessions after a muscle spasm in my upper back had kept me out of the gym for nearly a month. After one session I was back to light training and after the second I felt almost back to full strength. Great service, a friendly atmosphere and, most importantly, problem solved.

Clear explanations, simple instructions, kind personality. Rob is awesome! I went to him with neck pain that would lead to headaches whenever I worked at my desk. His treatment of my neck was spectacular, however what was the most impressive was the time he took to explain everything to me. He made sure I understood exactly what he was doing, as well as explaining what it was about my spine, posture, and hips that causes my pain. Rob doesn’t just treat the symptoms of whatever problem you come to him with, but instead he sees the way the whole body works together, and makes sure you understand the underlying issues that cause your pain. Once he has explained everything, he not only does everything he can to treat your pain, but also explains what you can do at home to help yourself (correct posture, stretches, etc). I could not be more convinced of his practice, and have experienced incredible results.

After the first treatment, I wanted to ring you in the middle of the night because I could move my arm again and it didn’t hurt! I was told by the specialist that I would need shoulder replacements on both sides, I don’t know what you did this week, you worked on the neck and both shoulders, but it is like a miracle, It feels amazing!” April Update: I’ve got good news for you now you’re back from your holiday Rob, I went back to the specialist, he was full of praise for you, I officially no longer need shoulder replacements! I came out beaming and we all had a cake to celebrate afterwards!

The treatment I have received has been very beneficial to relieving the pain I have been suffering with my back, The information Rob has given me on how the bones and muscles interact with each other and the treatment required to correct the problem has been very informative and will help me in the future in relation to my posture and related exercise required after treatment to continue with the improvement. The consultation has been carried out in a relaxed professional manner and I would highly recommend Roberts practice.

I have been lucky to meet Robert David, an osteopath, who has recently opened a practice in Barry. He is highly qualified and professional. I hurt my back in work today- I was in agony and simply could not move when I went to see Rob. His examination was really thorough, and he quickly identified the source of the problem. He took interest in my condition, and spoke to me professionally, making sure I understood what he was telling me. Not only has he made it clear to me what has gone wrong, he gave me great advice as what I can/can’t do today, what to do/expect in the coming days and how we can work together to stop this happening again.
